Chineasy Workbook

It’s great to marvel at the beauty of the Chinese characters, but if you want to learn how to write them, you can only do that through… yes, writing!

The Chineasy workbook was published in 2016 and has since helped many learners kickstart their writing practice!

There are 120 pages in total, covering 100+ essential Chinese characters that you’ll see everywhere in China, Taiwan or Hong Kong: they indicate numbers, food, people, objects or nature. Additionally, you’ll get to learn the characters’ etymology, definition and pronunciation - all in signature Chineasy illustrative style.

Inside the book, on the right-hand side, we show you the illustrated Chinese characters; on the left-hand side, a guide to the correct stroke order with the writing grid. The grid - also used in schools in Chinese-speaking countries - will help you maintain the right proportion of each character.
