Is the Chineasy app free?

Yes, you can download the app, enjoy the first few levels, and create a Chineasy account all free of charge.

If you wish to gain complete access to all levels and premium features, just purchase a monthly, annual or lifetime* subscription and enjoy more Chineasy content!

You can purchase the subscription either via the App Store, Google Play Store or our site**. There are two ways to get you to the subscription page in the Chineasy app. 

Option 1: Go to the LEARN tab > Tap the Chineasy mascot icon Bao at the top left corner > Scroll down the page and click the “GET NOW” button > the subscription page will pop out

Option 2: Tap any levels or icons with a locked sign and the subscription page will pop up

If you handle your purchase directly via the App or Google Play store, please also make sure you have a valid payment method in your App or Google Play account to ensure the success of your purchase. 

Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless cancelled 48 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can check out the guidance here regarding the cancellation.
